A. Just about every sporting event on earth. We have over 35 screens and dozens of channels. If it’s a big match, fight or race, you can bet we’ll have it, but if you’re after something obscure, get in touch and we’ll let you know if we’re showing it, or can show it.
Q. I’m already a member of another Rileys venue, can I log into the Haymarket website with my existing details?
A. Not at the moment. Rileys Haymarket is a little different to our other clubs, in that it does not require a membership. But you can still create an account here on the Haymarket website, which will help you book parties and do other cool things as we add them.
Q. What's this Login with Facebook thing?
A. If you have a Facebook account, (and who doesn't nowadays?) you can connect your Facebook account with your Rileys account. If you've not already done so, either join as a new member, or identify yourself as an existing member. You'll then be able to connect your Facebook account.
Q. How secure are my details?
A. Very secure. We use SSL, 128bit encryption for all sensitive information such as your accounts and payment details.
Q. Should I book in advance?
A. For restaurant bookings, we would recommend booking in advance as this guarantees you the sitting you want, especially so during popular sporting events.
Q. What ways are available to book a table?
A. Loads! Reservations can be made online. You can also book by phoning us. It's a bit old fashioned, but you can even walk in and book.
Q. My bank details are being refused.
A. Rileys uses Sagepay to process payments. Any failure to process a payment is determined by Sagepay and therefore out of Rileys control. In the event of a failure to process a payment, please refer to the reasons provided by Sagepay, or contact your bank.
